Blūmendāles mājas

The ongoing Bonava project at 1E Prūšu Street, in the very center of Kengarags, consists of four five-story buildings with 58 apartments each.
In total there will be a new, modern and environmentally friendly housing for 232 residents.
The construction of the first house is planned to start in the spring of 2022, and all four houses will be ready for first flat owners by 2026.
