City Oasis

A new City Oasis quarter will be built in the historical center of Riga, Tallinas Street 5/7. Aim of this project is to preserve the special atmosphere - a unique blend of modern architecture and history. The project includes a completely renovated 19th-century villa with 12 high-class homes. The spacious courtyard with green areas, trees, children’s play areas, cozy seating areas and a convenient bicycle park, as well as underground parking.
