VERDE

"VERDE" is the greenest A-class office complex at the Skanstes area in Riga (R.Hirša Street 1a) The total area of the complex is 45,000 m², but the leasable area in both buildings is 30,000 m². Opening of A building will be in June 2022, but Building B is scheduled to open in May 2023. The complex has been developed in line with BREEAM Excellent and the nZEB (nearly Zero Energy Building) standards. “Verde” is being developed by “Capitalica Asset Management” - one of the leading investment management companies in Lithuania.
